കൊച്ചി: കശുവണ്ടി വികസന കോർപ്പറേഷൻ അഴിമതിക്കേസിൽ എപിഎം മുഹമ്മദ് ഹനീഷ് ഹൈക്കോടതിയിൽ മാപ്പപേക്ഷ സമർപ്പിച്ചു. കോടതിയിൽ നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരായ അദ്ദേഹം, കാലതാമസത്തിന് നിരുപാധികം മാപ്പ് ചോദിച്ചു.(APM Mohammed Hanish Tenders Apology In High Court Over Cashew Corporation Scam Case)
കോടതിയുടെ ഉത്തരവുകൾ പാലിക്കാത്തതിനെതിരെ ജസ്റ്റിസ് എ. ബദറുദ്ദീൻ മുഹമ്മദ് ഹനീഷിനെതിരെ രൂക്ഷ വിമർശനം ഉയർത്തി. കോടതി ഉത്തരവ് വായിക്കാൻ അറിയില്ലേയെന്ന് കോടതി ചോദിച്ചു. കേസിൽ തിങ്കളാഴ്ച നേരിട്ട് ഹാജരായില്ലെങ്കിൽ അറസ്റ്റ് അടക്കമുള്ള നടപടികളിലേക്ക് നീങ്ങുമെന്ന് കോടതി നേരത്തെ മുന്നറിയിപ്പ് നൽകിയിരുന്നു. ഇതിനുപിന്നാലെയാണ് അദ്ദേഹം നേരിട്ട് കോടതിയിലെത്തിയത്.
പ്രോസിക്യൂഷൻ അനുമതി നൽകിക്കൊണ്ടുള്ള ഉത്തരവ് ജൂലൈ രണ്ടിനകം ഹാജരാക്കാൻ കോടതി നിർദ്ദേശിച്ചു. മാപ്പപേക്ഷയും കോടതിയലക്ഷ്യ നടപടികളിൽ മുന്നോട്ട് പോകണോ എന്ന കാര്യവും കോടതി ജൂലൈ രണ്ടിന് പരിഗണിക്കും.
