അരീക്കോട് : ഓപ്പറേഷൻ തൂഫാൻ്റെ ഭാഗമായി അരീക്കോട് കാവനൂരിൽ നടത്തിയ പരിശോധനയിൽ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികൾക്ക് വില്പന നടത്താൻ ശ്രമിച്ച ഹെറോയിനുമായി യുവതിയടക്കം രണ്ട് പേർ പിടിയിലായി . ആസ്സാം സ്വദേശികളായ മഞ്ച്വാര ബീഗം (27), റോഷിദുൾ ഹക്ക് (31) എന്നിവരാണ് പിടിയിലായത്.(Two Arrested With Heroin In Areacode Under Operation Toofan)
ഇവരിൽ നിന്നും 1.48 ഗ്രാം ഹെറോയിൻ പിടികൂടി. അന്തർ സംസ്ഥാന ലഹരി കടത്തു സംഘത്തിലെ പ്രധാന കണ്ണികളാണ് പിടിയിലായത്. മലപ്പുറം ജില്ലാ പോലീസ് മേധാവി ചൈത്രാ തെരേസാ ജോൺ IPS നു ലഭിച്ച രഹസ്യ വിവരത്തിൻ്റെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ കൊണ്ടോട്ടി ASP കാർത്തിക് ബാലകുമാർ അരീക്കോട് ഇൻസ്പക്ടർ ഹരിദാസ് എന്നിവരുടെ നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ DANSAF സംഘവും അരീക്കോട് പോലീസും സംയുക്തമായി നാട്ടുകരുടെ സഹായത്തോടെ നടത്തിയ പരിശോധനയിലാണ് പ്രതികൾ പിടിയിലായത്.
Story Summary
