മലപ്പുറം: മഞ്ചേരി ഗവൺമെന്റ് മെഡിക്കല് കോളജ് ആശുപത്രിയിലെ സുരക്ഷാ ജീവനക്കാരനെ ആറംഗ സംഘം ക്രൂരമായി മര്ദിച്ചു (Manjeri Medical College Security Attacked). സെക്യൂരിറ്റി സൂപ്പര്വൈസറും നിലമ്പൂറ സ്വദേശിയുമായ പ്രശാന്തിനാണ് (പ്രശാന്തൻ) ഡ്യൂട്ടിക്കിടെ മർദനമേറ്റത്. ആശുപത്രിയിൽ ചികിത്സയിൽ കഴിയുന്ന ഒരു രോഗിയെ സന്ദർശിക്കാൻ അനുവദിച്ചതിലും കൂടുതൽ ആളുകളെ ഒന്നിച്ച് ഉള്ളിലേക്ക് കയറ്റിവിടാൻ ഒരു സംഘം ആളുകൾ ശ്രമിച്ചു. എന്നാൽ ആശുപത്രി പ്രോട്ടോക്കോൾ പ്രകാരം സുരക്ഷാ ജീവനക്കാരനായ പ്രശാന്ത് ഇത് തടഞ്ഞു. രോഗിയുടെ കൂടെ കൂടുതൽ ആളുകളെ കയറ്റുന്നത് സംബന്ധിച്ച് ഇവർ തമ്മിൽ വാക്കേറ്റമുണ്ടായി.

ആശുപത്രി അധികൃതർ നൽകിയ പരാതിയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ മഞ്ചേരി പോലീസ് സംഭവത്തിൽ കേസെടുത്ത് അന്വേഷണം ആരംഭിച്ചു. ആശുപത്രിയിലെ സിസിടിവി (CCTV) ദൃശ്യങ്ങൾ കേന്ദ്രീകരിച്ച് അക്രമികളെ തിരിച്ചറിയാനുള്ള ശ്രമത്തിലാണ് പോലീസ്.
