കൊച്ചി: കശുവണ്ടി വികസന കോർപ്പറേഷനിലെ വൻ അഴിമതിയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട കോടതിയലക്ഷ്യ ഹർജി കേരള ഹൈക്കോടതി ഇന്ന് വീണ്ടും പരിഗണിക്കും. കേസിൽ ആർ. ചന്ദ്രശേഖരൻ ഉൾപ്പെടെയുള്ള പ്രതികളെ പ്രോസിക്യൂട്ട് ചെയ്യാൻ അനുമതി നൽകിയുള്ള സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് ഇന്ന് കോടതിയിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കും.(Cashew Development Corporation Case, Kerala High Court To Hear Contempt Petition Today)
കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം സർക്കാർ ഇതിനുള്ള ഉത്തരവിറക്കിയിരുന്നു. ഹൈക്കോടതി ഉത്തരവിനെതിരെ സുപ്രീം കോടതിയെ സമീപിക്കാനുള്ള സർക്കാരിന്റെ നിയമപരമായ അവകാശം നിലനിർത്തിക്കൊണ്ടാണ് പ്രോസിക്യൂഷൻ അനുമതി നൽകിയിരിക്കുന്നത്.
