ഇന്നലെ രാത്രിയായിരുന്നു സംഭവം. മദ്യക്കുപ്പിയുമായി സ്റ്റേഷനിലെത്തിയ പ്രതി പോലീസുകാരോട് മോശമായി പെരുമാറുകയും കൈയിലുണ്ടായിരുന്ന മദ്യക്കുപ്പി സ്റ്റേഷനുള്ളിൽ വെച്ച് അടിച്ചുപൊട്ടിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു.
ഇയാളെ പിടികൂടാൻ പോലീസ് ശ്രമിക്കുന്നതിനിടെ പ്രതി തൊട്ടടുത്തുള്ള ആശുപത്രിയിലേക്ക് ഓടിക്കയറി. പിന്നാലെ എത്തിയ സിഐയെ ഇയാൾ ആശുപത്രിയിൽ വെച്ച് ഇരുമ്പ് കസേര ഉപയോഗിച്ച് തലയ്ക്കടിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു. ഗുരുതരമായി പരിക്കേറ്റ സിഐ നിലവിൽ ചികിത്സയിലാണ്.
