മലബാർ ഡിസ്റ്റിലറീസിലാണ് മിന്നൽ മാജിക് ഉൽപാദിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്. ഫെബ്രുവരി 21-ന് ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്ത ഈ പ്ലാന്റ് കേവലം നാലര മാസം കൊണ്ടാണ് നിർമ്മാണം പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയത്. അത്യാധുനിക സൗകര്യങ്ങളോട് കൂടിയ പ്ലാന്റിൽ മിനിറ്റിൽ 240 കുപ്പികളിൽ വരെ മദ്യം നിറയ്ക്കാൻ ശേഷിയുണ്ട്. പ്രതിദിനം 9,000 കെയ്സ് മദ്യം ഉൽപാദിപ്പിക്കാനാണ് നിലവിലെ തീരുമാനം.
