എന്നാൽ, വിവാഹ സമയത്ത് പെൺകുട്ടിക്ക് പ്രായപൂർത്തിയായിരുന്നുവെന്നാണ് പ്രോസിക്യൂഷൻ കോടതിയെ അറിയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളത്. ഇതിന് തെളിവായി പെൺകുട്ടിയുടെ ജനന സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റ്, തിരിച്ചറിയൽ കാർഡ് തുടങ്ങിയ രേഖകൾ കോടതിയിൽ ഹാജരാക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. അതേസമയം, സംഭവവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് പെൺകുട്ടിയുടെ ഭർത്താവ് സമർപ്പിച്ച മുൻകൂർ ജാമ്യാപേക്ഷ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നത് ഹൈക്കോടതി ഈ മാസം 29-ലേക്ക് മാറ്റിയിരിക്കുകയാണ്.
