പാലക്കാട് : ഒറ്റപ്പാലം റെയിൽവേ സ്റ്റേഷനിൽ ഓടിത്തുടങ്ങിയ ട്രെയിനിൽ കയറാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നതിനിടെയുണ്ടായ അപകടത്തിൽ യാത്രക്കാരന്റെ കാൽ അറ്റുപോയി. പ്ലാറ്റ്ഫോമിൽ നിന്ന് നീങ്ങിത്തുടങ്ങിയ ട്രെയിനിലേക്ക് ഓടിക്കയറാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നതിനിടെ ട്രാക്കിലേക്ക് വീഴുകയായിരുന്നു.(Unidentified Passenger Loses Leg While Attempting To Board Moving Train At Ottapalam Railway Station)
അപകടത്തെ തുടർന്ന് ഗുരുതരമായി പരിക്കേറ്റ ഇയാളെ ഉടൻ തന്നെ ആശുപത്രിയിൽ പ്രവേശിപ്പിച്ചു. അപകട സ്ഥലത്ത് മുറിഞ്ഞ കാൽഭാഗം ഏറെ നേരം തിരച്ചിൽ നടത്തിയ ശേഷമാണ് കണ്ടെത്താനായത്. പരിക്കേറ്റ യാത്രക്കാരനെ ഇതുവരെ തിരിച്ചറിയാൻ സാധിച്ചിട്ടില്ല.
