കെട്ടിടം അനധികൃതമായി നിർമ്മിച്ചതാണെന്ന് കണ്ടെത്തിയതിനെത്തുടർന്ന് നോട്ടീസ് നൽകിയിരുന്നെങ്കിലും ഉടമ മറുപടി നൽകാൻ തയ്യാറായില്ല. ഇതോടെയാണ് കെട്ടിടം പൊളിച്ചുമാറ്റാനുള്ള നടപടികളിലേക്ക് കടന്നതെന്ന് ഷാംലി വികസന അതോറിറ്റി ജൂനിയർ എൻജിനീയർ ജഗ്ദേവ് സിംഗ് മാധ്യമങ്ങളോട് പറഞ്ഞു. കെട്ടിടം എന്തുകൊണ്ട് പൊളിച്ചുമാറ്റിക്കൂടാ എന്നതിന് മറുപടി നൽകാൻ ഉടമയ്ക്ക് നോട്ടീസ് നൽകിയിരുന്നു. എന്നാൽ ഇതിന് മറുപടി ലഭിക്കാത്ത സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ തുടർ നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയായിരുന്നു.
