ശ്രീനഗർ: കാശ്മീരിൽ ഒരു തെരുവുനായയെ ഒരു സംഘം ആളുകൾ ചേർന്ന് ക്രൂരമായി തല്ലിക്കൊന്ന സംഭവം സമൂഹ മാധ്യമങ്ങളിൽ വൻ പ്രതിഷേധത്തിന് ഇടയാക്കി (Kashmir Stray Dog Beaten to Death). നായയെ അതിക്രൂരമായി മർദ്ദിക്കുന്നതിന്റെയും വലിയ കല്ലുകൾ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് തല തകർക്കുന്നതിന്റെയും ദൃശ്യങ്ങൾ പുറത്തുവന്നതോടെയാണ് പ്രതിഷേധങ്ങൾ രൂക്ഷമായത്. സംഭവത്തിൽ മൃഗസംരക്ഷണ നിയമപ്രകാരം പോലീസ് എഫ്.ഐ.ആർ രജിസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്തു.
