തിരുവനന്തപുരം: സംസ്ഥാനത്തെ 140 നിയമസഭാ മണ്ഡലങ്ങളിലേക്കുമായി ലഭിച്ച നാമനിർദ്ദേശ പത്രികകളുടെ സൂക്ഷ്മപരിശോധന തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കമ്മീഷൻ പൂർത്തിയാക്കി (Kerala Assembly Election 2026 Candidates). 269 സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥികളുടെ പത്രികകൾ വിവിധ സാങ്കേതിക കാരണങ്ങളാൽ തള്ളിയതോടെ മത്സരരംഗത്തുള്ളവരുടെ എണ്ണം 985 ആയി ചുരുങ്ങി. 2021-ലെ നിയമസഭാ തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പിൽ 957 സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥികളായിരുന്നു മത്സരരംഗത്തുണ്ടായിരുന്നത്.
കോഴിക്കോട് ജില്ലയിലെ കൊടുവള്ളി മണ്ഡലത്തിലാണ് ഇത്തവണ ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥികളുള്ളത് (17 പേർ).
16 സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥികളുമായി തിരുവനന്തപുരം മണ്ഡലമാണ് തൊട്ടുപിന്നിൽ.പത്രിക പിൻവലിക്കാനുള്ള സമയം നാളെ അവസാനിക്കും. ഇതോടെ വിമത സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥികളെയും അപരന്മാരെയും പിൻവലിപ്പിക്കാനുള്ള തിരക്കിട്ട നീക്കത്തിലാണ് മുന്നണികൾ.
പത്രിക പിൻവലിക്കാനുള്ള സമയപരിധി കഴിയുന്നതോടെ ഓരോ മണ്ഡലത്തിലെയും അന്തിമ സ്ഥാനാർത്ഥി പട്ടികയും അവർക്ക് അനുവദിച്ച ചിഹ്നങ്ങളും തിരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് കമ്മീഷൻ ഔദ്യോഗികമായി പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കും.
