A military transport aircraft, an Ilyushin Il-76, crashed while attempting to land at the Osman Digna airbase in Port Sudan, eastern Sudan, on Tuesday. The crash, attributed to a technical malfunction during the landing attempt, tragically resulted in the death of all crew members on board the aircraft.
