In the South Korean city of Gwangju, one worker was killed and two are missing, feared buried, after an iron structure collapsed at a library construction site while concrete was being poured. A fourth worker was reported trapped, and fire authorities are currently engaged in rescue operations to free the trapped person and locate the missing workers.
