സൂറത്ത്: ഗുജറാത്തിലെ സൂറത്തിൽ യുവതിയെ മകന്റെ സഹായത്തോടെ ക്രിസ്തുമതത്തിലേക്ക് മാറ്റിയെന്ന കേസിൽ സർക്കാർ സ്കൂൾ പ്രിൻസിപ്പലിനെ പോലീസ് അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തു (Religious Conversion).
പിപാൽവാദ പ്രൈമറി സ്കൂൾ പ്രിൻസിപ്പലായ റാംജി ചൗധരിയാണ് അറസ്റ്റിലായത്. യുവതിയുടെ ആരോപണങ്ങൾ അന്വേഷണത്തിൽ സ്ഥിരീകരിച്ചതായി സൂറത്ത്സൂ പ്രണ്ട് ഓഫ് പോലീസ് രാജേഷ് ഗാധിയ അറിയിച്ചു. ഏതാനും വർഷം മുൻപ് യുവതി റാംജി ചൗധരിയുടെ മകനായ ഡോ. അങ്കിത് ചൗധരിയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു. ഡോ. അങ്കിത് ചൗധരി ഒരു പാസ്റ്ററായും പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്
Police in Surat, Gujarat, have arrested Ramji Chaudhary, the principal of Pipalvada Primary School, and his son, Dr. Ankit Chaudhary, on charges of being involved in the religious conversion of a local woman to Christianity.
